when ever i am going through a tough period in my life, i have a few songs that i play repeatedly. this is one of the tops. the way it feels, sounds, the words, generally speaking, all point to a little brightness at the end of the tunnel. latif king murdered this track imo.
to me it just reminds me that whatever happens, however it happens, long as i’m alive i got a chance to handle it better, do it better, come back stronger. won’t be down for long.
